2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

Barber

Stylist

 

Full time BARBER:

Job description:

We are looking for an individual who specializes in men’s cuts. He/she will be working primarily in our barbershop and be performing a variety of hair and shave services. Hours include nights and weekends (however Sunday & Monday we are closed)

Candidate must have a desire to continually evolve with the industry. He/she must have the right attitude and be team oriented.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Cosmetology / Barbering License in the State of Wisconsin.

Must have knowledge of a variety of men’s cutting techniques and style variety.

Knowledge & experience with straight blade shaves is a plus but not required, however must be willing to learn, as you will be performing regular straight blade shave services.

Must be well versed in current trends & cutting techniques

Portfolio of your work is a plus but not required.

Experience:

Hands on experience with men’s cuts and straight blade shaves

Previous work experience in a salon or barbershop is a plus, however for the right candidate we are willing to hire right out of school.

 

Full time STYLIST:

Job description:

We are looking for an individual who specializes in both men’s and women’s cuts, colors, and styles. He/she will be working primarily in our salon and be performing a variety of chemical and cutting services as well as wedding and special event styling. Hours include nights and weekends (however Sunday & Monday we are closed). Candidate must have a desire to continually evolve with the industry. He/she must have the right attitude and be team oriented.

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Cosmetology License in the State of Wisconsin.

Must be qualified in a variety of men’s & women’s cutting, styling, and coloring techniques.

Must be qualified in facial waxing.

Must be qualified and have knowledge in wedding and event styling.

Knowledge and experience in Makeup artistry is a plus.

Portfolio of your work is strongly desired, however not a requirement.

Experience:

Hands on experience with men’s & women’s cutting and chemical techniques is required.

Previous work history in a reputable salon is a plus, however for the right candidate we will consider hiring right out of school.
